Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and driving excellent service, as well as ensuring client service level agreements and satisfaction are met and exceeded in alignment with the organization’s vision.

Responsibilities:

Order Management

  • Perform daily order-taking tasks, including processing, invoicing, delivery, and follow-up of customer orders, aligning with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure comprehensive order management and the production and delivery of the correct products.
  • Generate sales orders and internal orders.

 

Customer Delivery

  • Ensure on-time delivery to customers and proactively communicate expected delivery dates to Sales/Customers.

 

Client Complaint Management

  • Act as the client’s first point of support for any feedback to improve the company’s services.
  • Escalate client complaints to the QA team, production team, and planning team for issue resolution.

 

Follow Up

  • Assist the sales and finance teams in collecting receivables.
  • Generate required reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar business line, which will be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to adapt and learn in a complex production operation.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
