Job Brief
Toppan iDGate would like to invite experienced and enthusiastic candidate as our solution architect. The candidate will be working across different functional teams including sales, technical and product teams to provide technical solution design to solve our customers’ problem worldwide. The candidate should be able to apply or invent Toppan iDGate’s products and technologies and deliver our customer a solution with scalability, agility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze our customers’system requirements, and help our customers to design and create cloud computing architectures and solutions.
- Help sales team to ensure customer success and solving technical problems by applying Toppan iDGate’s products and technologies.
- Engage, enable and support partners in their technical implementation efforts of Toppan iDGate’s products and technologies.
- Design and build repeatable architectures and related development, testing, deployment and maintenance process.
- Capture and share best practice and industry knowledge across different Toppan teams, and gain industry recognition and credibility for Toppan iDGate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Have a technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management or related field. Advanced Degree is a plus
- 5 years industry experience in Java programming and development
- Language: Chinese & English (fluent or working)
- 5 years industry experience in design, implementation and consulting in enterprise applications or system infrastructures
- Hands-on experience building software solutions in private and public cloud infrastructure. Experience in fintech products and solutions is preferable
- Have working knowledge in application design on multiple operations systems, application frameworks, databases (SQL and non-SQLs)
- Have working knowledge in databases including MSSQL, MySQL, PL/SQL and Oracle
- Knowledgeable in microservices framework including microservices and containers; working knowledge of modern software practices and technologies including agile methodologies, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps.
Location: Taipei City, Taiwan
Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:30
Off-time: Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays in Taiwan
