Toppan Gravity is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Technical Consultant to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with a Technical Consultant to provide end-to-end technical support and assistance. Responsibilities include actively participating in pre-sales and post-sales activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the success of various projects. As a Junior Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and management of project deliverables, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
Main Accountabilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- This role involves managing customer relations with the senior technical consultant and sales team, while collaborating closely with the development and product management teams.
- Define technical specifications for customer projects as input for development.
- Provide post-sales technical support.
Communication and Coordination
- Feedback customer requirements to internal interfaces within the organization.
Project Management
- Responsible for the technical approval process.
Educational Requirements
- A technical degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of common payment industry standards such as EMV, Mastercard, VISA, and PCI-DSS. Familiarity with smartcards and basic cryptography is also necessary.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively consult with customers and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience working within the payment industry.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and support their needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as this is crucial for effectively engaging and supporting customers.
