The collaboration between Nouvobanq and TOPPAN Security is driven by a shared ambition to modernize banking services in Seychelles. The project involved the design, deployment, and integration of multi-functional kiosks across several branches, followed by a public launch in 2024.

The self-service kiosks, based on a “branch-in-a-box” concept, enable customers to perform key card services, including issuance, PIN setup and changes, and card management, without waiting in branch queues. 

This innovation aims to: 

• Reduces waiting times and queues at the branch 

• Automates routine transactions and improves efficiency  

• Bridge the gap between digital and physical banking channels 

• Frees up staff to focus on higher-value interactions 

From Days to Minutes

Since the introduction of the kiosks, Nouvobanq has significantly enhanced service delivery, reducing card issuance times from days to minutes and improving both customer satisfaction and convenience.
